Introduction to Strengths Workshop:
In this fun & interactive 3- hour workshop of self- discovery, participants learn about strengths and why it gives you power & edge, while gaining appreciation for the talents of others. Participants go away from this workshop with information they can actually use, both personally and professionally!

Strengths 2.0 Workshop:
In this workshop, we take a deeper dive into strengths, with many self-reflection activities to help individuals become more self-aware and start applying their strengths in a positive way. (Prerequisite: Intro to Strengths Workshop & completion of Top 5 Clifton Strengths Assessment). 2 hours
Attendees will explore ways to make relationships better by utilizing the T.H.I.N.K. model when communicating (is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, Kind) as well as learn how the practice of gratitude & appreciation can transform the workplace and your life! 2 hours
